Welcome to Ninja Stars Kid's Martial Arts Academy!

New to Swords, Co. Dublin, we are now looking to recruit new students, both boys and girls, from 6-13 years of age!

 

Ninja Stars is a unique and exciting Martial Arts class that aims to teach your child self-defence skills, help them to lead a healthy lifestyle, and teach the values & life skills that will benefit them physically, mentally and socially as they grow. Our Ninja Star kids have lots of fun, and enjoy positive martial arts instruction in a safe and clean learning environment.

Age appropriate martial arts techniques, skills and physical training is taught in an imaginative manner that kids can enjoy and relate to. Each step of your child's instruction is carefully structured to ensure that they learn values such as teamwork, fairness and goal-setting, develop physical atributes including flexibility, body strength, balance & co-ordination, as well as a wide range of specific martial arts skills such as tumbling, striking, grappling techniques and self defence.
